What happens when I reach 10 customers?
You can still serve existing customers and orders. Adding new customers, imports, and online bookings for new phones pauses until you upgrade to Starter from Billing in your dashboard.
How do I pay for Starter?
From Billing in your shop dashboard, pay with Pesapal. You are redirected to complete payment with M-Pesa, card, or other supported methods.
Is the demo shop billed?
No. The FreshFold demo is a read-only preview — exempt from customer limits and subscription billing.
Does it support WhatsApp and M-Pesa?
WhatsApp ready notifications use Meta Cloud API when configured. Staff record customer payments as cash, M-Pesa, or other. Plan upgrades use Pesapal.
Is each laundry shop isolated?
Yes. Customers, orders, catalog, and staff belong to exactly one Shop. Queries always filter by the current shop.
