The challenge
AgriGrow needed to reach smallholder farmers who primarily use feature phones and have intermittent connectivity. Existing AgriTech apps required smartphones and reliable internet — excluding the majority of their target market in rural .
Our solution
An 8-week MVP delivering a React Native app with offline crop advisory, M-Pesa STK Push for input purchases, and a USSD menu for market price checks on feature phones. Deployed on Lester PaaS for zero DevOps overhead.
