HealthConnect's initial booking app couldn't support reliable video on 3G networks, lacked compliant e-prescriptions, and had no offline capability — resulting in 35% patient no-show rates.
Our solution
We rebuilt the platform with React Native offline-first mobile apps, WebRTC video with adaptive bitrate for low-bandwidth networks, FHIR-compatible patient records, and SMS appointment reminders. E-prescription workflows were validated against local pharmacy regulations.
